Nicest sheets I've slept on... and I've slept on a LOT!

Sheet sets seem to be one of those strange product categories where you can spend a TON of money, and end up with questionable quality. I travel a lot for business, and have slept in many hotel rooms around the world - some of which are renowned for their beds and sheets. I have purchased many sheet sets over the years, and have never encountered sheets as nice as the ones in this set. I am leaving this review as I come back to buy a SECOND set - just to have as a backup for when the first set eventually wears out (which will not be soon, I am sure).I purchased an Olympic Queen set because I own a Comfort Select mattress of the same size. The sheet set comes in a nice plastic zippered pouch with a product card and a ribbon around the set, so it is fancy enough that I would consider it a nice gift for a wedding present, etc. I do not doubt that a set of comparable quality would retail for $400+.The sheets are extremely high quality. They are heavy-weight with a sateen finish due to the high thread count. They feel cool and smooth to the skin while still being warm and comfortable. The fitted sheet and top sheet are both true to size. After a fair number washings (six months), they are neither pilling, nor are they showing any sign of excessive wear. They ARE cotton, so you need to remove them from the dryer and immediately make the bed or they will show a fair amount of wrinkling. This does not bother me, but if you are looking for a perfect wrinkle-free sheet these are not the best choice. If, however, you like to slip between cool, slippery sheets that keep you comfortable and breath well without gluing to your body, these are excellent.

I purchased some 1000 TC sheets a few years ago from another online supplier who sells overstocked items. Loved them, but they don't carry them still, so looked on Amazon. Found these in white. Going to white for the crisp, fresh look, plus the ability to use bleach to keep them looking nice. These are very nice and seem to be of high quality. Washed and dried the set before using. Came out beautifully. I am back to buy 2 more sets for our other beds. Says temporarily out of stock, but the first set came in less than a week. For those who are trying high TC sheets for the first time, they are thicker and perhaps a bit warmer than regular 3-400 TC you usually see. But, I live in Texas and do not find them overly warm. Try them. I think you will be pleased.

good Folks, if you are really wanting to spoil yourself buy these sheets.....they are not heavy, they are luxurious. They are not slick and sateeny, nor are they rough and scratchy...they are just right.....sure the price is up there but arent you just tired of getting a sheet bargain and once received find they are no bargain at all and nothing like what you really hoped for? I promise you these sheets are for you....indulge yourself , sleep well then thank me....
